ABOUT SAGE
Sun-Hee Yoon, Founder & CEO
Sun-Hee founded Sage Lifestyle Concierge in 2022 as an independent navigation firm — not a healthcare provider, not a placement agency — and has spent four years building deep working knowledge across the legal, financial, healthcare, insurance, real estate, and housing systems families must cross. She is a Dementia Connection Specialist, serves on the Illinois Family Caregiver Coalition Advocacy Task Force and the Community Engagement Council at Rush Oak Park Hospital, and sits on the boards of the Oak Park River Forest Chamber of Commerce and Continuity of Care West Cook. She hosts the Sage Pathways Podcast and moderates the ULCC Caregiving and Aging Support Group.
She is also a family caregiver and care decision-maker, which is why Sage is built around the questions families actually ask — and why the answer is never shaped by who pays a referral fee.
